From Manchester and the West
- Take the M60, heading east.
- Continue forward onto the M62 (at junction 18), signposted to Leeds, Huddersfield, and Rochdale.
- Continue past Birch Services.
- Leave the M62 at junction 20, signposted to Rochdale and Oldham.
- At the roundabout, take the first exit, onto the A627(M), signposted to Rochdale.
- Keep in the left hand lane, then merge onto Edinburgh Way A664, signposted to Rochdale.
- At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Manchester road A58, signposted to Bury and Manchester.
- At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Manchester road A664, signposted to Manchester.
- Continue for about half a mile, then turn right into Keswick street.
- Continue to the end of Keswick street, where you'll find the entrance to Mayfield.
From Leeds and the East
- Take the M62, heading west.
- Leave the M62 at junction 20, signposted to Rochdale and Oldham.
- At the roundabout, take the third exit, onto the A627(M), signposted to Rochdale.
- Keep in the left hand lane, then merge onto Edinburgh Way A664, signposted to Rochdale.
- At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Manchester road A58, signposted to Bury and Manchester.
- At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Manchester road A664, signposted to Manchester.
- Continue for about half a mile, then turn right into Keswick street.
- Continue to the end of Keswick street, where you'll find the entrance to Mayfield.
